Thessaloniki ’26
One night in February, a burger worth flying for, and snow on the horizon behind the sea.
Second time in Thessaloniki, this time for just over forty hours. No plan beyond a burger, a lot of walking and the sea.
What changed since last time
Last year I stayed in Agia Triada and came into the city by bus. This time I slept in the centre and never needed anything but my feet and one metro ride. Same burger, same waterfront, different rhythm.
